Privacy Policy

1. Your business data stays with you

OptiGest ERP installs on your PC. Your companies' data (customers, documents, stock, payments) is stored in a local database reachable from that PC only. The software sends no telemetry: ARBARAK TECHNOLOGIES LLC receives none of this data.

2. Data collected by this website

When you contact us through the form or WhatsApp, we receive the information you send us:

  • Name and email address
  • Company and phone number (optional)
  • The type of your request and the content of your message
  • The files you attach to a customisation request (document templates, logo)
  • Optional information about your business: sector, team size, current tool
  • Where your visit came from: advertising campaign, referring website, landing page

3. Use

This information is used only to:

  • Answer your request and arrange a demo
  • Prepare a quote or a trial licence
  • Provide technical support

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. Requests sent through the form are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet belonging to ARBARAK TECHNOLOGIES LLC, hosted by Google. Files attached to a request are stored in a private Google Drive folder of ARBARAK TECHNOLOGIES LLC. Your data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities upon legal request.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising cookies. Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored in your browser. If you arrive from a campaign, its source is kept in your browser for the session so it can be attached to your request.

To know which pages are read, we use Umami, a cookie-free audience measurement tool: it counts visits anonymously and in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type, where the visit came from, clicks on the contact buttons), without storing your IP address or following you from site to site.

Under Law 09-08, you have the following rights:
